Mars is a six-part television series produced by Ron Howard and National Geographic. With a unique blend of documentary and fictional storytelling, the series follows a group of astronauts as they become the first humans to colonize Mars. Woven into their story are real-life interviews with scientists, physicists and philosophers as they pursue the research, contemplate breakthroughs and try to overcome challenges in order to one day make science fiction a reality.
