Meet 29-year-old Hannah Reyes Morales, a documentary photographer from Manila. In 2019, Morales received a prestigious grant from the National Geographic Society, which provided her the opportunity to document indigenous cultures within her native land. Reflecting on this experience, she recalls, “Initially, I aspired to utilize photography as a means to explore beyond my homeland. Yet, as my journey progressed, I recognized the significance of delving into my roots.”
